Brought my 2024 Tundra with 25k miles in for an oil change and to look at the brakes because the truck was vibrating when braking. They found that the front rotors needed to be address and that the brake pads show 4 mm rear pads vs 10 mm front pads at 25,000 miles. This is an engineering anomaly, not standard wear. After multiple discussions about the issue and being told I have to pay to replace the rear brake pads, I was told they can't do anything or even a good faith fix and if I needed anything else, to contact Toyota Brand Management. They pretty much said the same thing. Toyota has a defective product. They had to fix the front rotors and told me I am SOL about the back.
I'd avoid purchasing Toyota products and will no longer use this service center.
