I have had the dealer look at the problem or rough shifting transmission and they say there is noting wrong with it. I have never had a automobile shift as rough as this before and. Next time I will stick with Chevy.

im a buy American die American kind of guy. I love my fords, but this ford escape has given me atleast 3 problems since i bought it. I bought it in october 07, it is now jan 08. One of the spark plugs has already fouled and it caused one of the coil packs to go out as well. There is a very loud squeak coming from the left front tie rod or steering boot, i dont know which one it is yet and the transmission is shifting very roughly.
