Consumer called dealer and dealer stated tire were not available and that consumer would need to contact Continental. Consumer feels unsafe driving on defected tires. Consumer has been told tire were in several times, and after driving to dealer being told the tires still are not in. In reference to the recall on the Continental/General Grabber aw tire size P275/60R17 on my 2000 Ford Expedition. I followed the instructions per Continental tire for reimbursement of tires I had already replaced, now they refuse to do so. Unfortunately I feel this could be resolved if someone would just listen, but that does not seem to happen when I contacted them.
