- the contact owns a 2000 Ford Expedition, the current and failure mileage were 137000. The contact stated that the hub caps were plastic, and had plastic prongs that protruded through a circular medal bracket. The bracket bended, the prong broke, and that the medal bracket expanded depending on the weather, and this caused the bracket to break.
