My rear end seems to hydroplane and float or pull. It's all over the road.

I took my 06 in for an alignment and the tch told me I needed to replace the shock strut assemblies to make the repair stick. so i did it work ok for about five minutes then it just pulls like crazy again, took it back a few weeks later and they suggested i replace ball joints and tie rods. also my steering wheel stays turned slightly to the left. any one else have this same problem?
