Took the vehicle back to Ford dealership twice but the mechanic said the first time he could not hear the noise. Took my sale rep on a drive and she heard the noise. The second tine the mechanic did a test drive, he said it is no noiser than any of the other 2011 Expeditions on his lot. I had a 2005 Expedition prior to purchasing this one. It was quiet and very reliable. I trusted Ford so much, my wife and I did not even take the new one for a test drive. "MISTAKE" Does anyone else have this problem or or my expectations too high?
