Ford dealership in Weatherford,Texas had vehicle in the shop for 17 days prior to thanksgiving holidays. Was originally at dealer because of no accelerator pedal response going through an intersection. Replaced throttle body and some related intake manifold electronic motor assy.After many issues with ABS pre/activating; the engine began to surge going around the back side of a frequented neighborhood store.(No Wet Conditions). Technicians fail to diagnose causes at Ford dealership in Fort Worth. And most recently, backing out of a parking space @ Tom Thumb Grocery, engine briefly surged 3 quick times in rapid succession. Immediately returned to dealership and service writer produced absolutely no results whatsoever ! Now the latest issue is the Instrument cluster behind the steering wheel lights up at night all by itself. The panel "GLOWS" a blue/white light in square form. Now understand this happened @ 2am. with no one near vehicle,and the key inside the house. Went to AutoNation Ford on Saturday and was run off by a mean old man with a grey beard,saying: we don't have rental cars;the ability to take it in today;do you have an appointment?; bring it back Monday. Got into the car and drove 18 miles to Weatherford,got a rental (covered under full warranty) , and I will hear from them on Monday. 2016 Ford Expeditions have many,many problems that Ford is trying not to disclose as to not harm new Expedition sales !!!
