Power Seat Stopped Working
2012 Ford Focus
This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
CarComplaints.com Notes: You should probably steer clear of the 2012 Focus. Otherwise, you might not be able to steer at all.
The 2012 is the first Focus to offer Electronic Power Assist Steering (EPAS). It's also the first year with massive power steering failure. These things are not mutually exclusive.
And while you wait for your steering to disappear, you'll be greeted with a transmission that shudders, vibrates or won't shift at all.

We were on vacation 2 states away and one of the other people in the group wanted to drive for awhile so as soon as they got in they tried to move the seat so that they could be more comfortable when they started to move the seat it stopped. So we took it to the dealership and there first fix was put a bigger fuse in it which if you know anything a bought electrical this fix could potentially catch on fire it made it a bought a week and blew again. So I took it back to the dealer they replaced the switch and it has bean feign ever sense then
