Right now, vehicle is not drivable due to Transmission module (TCM) issues. It’s covered by Extended Warranty (see Customer Satisfaction Program 14M02), and waiting at dealer’s service for repair (parts) more than month, but neither dealer, not official Ford Motor representative can even provide me ETA when parts would be available. According to dealer, I can wait more than 6+ months for it.
And I have no confidence about transmission after repair, and when it will break next time. I'd like Ford Motor buy back my car.
