I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I have received from this company. Despite being a loyal customer for 10 years, I have been continuously let down by your lack of action and accountability.
I was recently in need of an alternator replacement and was promised a loaner car while the repairs were being made. However, upon arrival at the dealership, I was informed that no loaner cars were available and that there was no date for when the alternator would be in inventory. To make matters worse, I am still being charged for my lease despite the fact that my car is inoperable.
I have been continuously promised that this matter would be escalated, but to no avail. The treatment I have received from this company is completely unacceptable and unconscionable. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation has been handled and demand immediate action to rectify the situation.

I have been waiting for 7 weeks now and Audi still can not tell me when the alternator will be Available. This is their number 3 back ordered part nationwide.
