I'm just concern if there is a recall to be fixed on my car (2000 BMW X3 2.5I) I've noticed 2X already that while driving on the freeway my gas pedal accelerates speed. In December 2010 while driving on a slight snow, the car won't stop for a second when applying brakes; my front rotor and brakes were being replaced on March 7, 2011 at the dealer. My main concern here is the gas pedal acceleration. I would like to know how can I get a free maintenance free check service.

Vehicle was at a stand still with foot on brake and vehicle started racing & moving. Consumer shifted gear into park, but vehicle was still moving. Then, consuemr rear ended another vehicle. There were no damages. Will be contacting dealer today.

Throttle - engine cuts out, then throttle pedal accelerates by itself, I.e. no foot pressure. Garage traced to faulty throttle assembly. Air conditioner? - car made hissing noise followed by the passanger compartment being filled with thick white smoke. Garage (perillo BMW) investigating.
