The contact took the vehicle to BMW of roseville (500 automall dr, roseville, ca 95661) where a diagnostic test was performed on the vehicle and the contact was informed that the engine coolant thermostat needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and they offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000. The VIN was not available.
