The contact owns a 2011 BMW 335I. The contact stated that the passenger's side rear tail light malfunction message was displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was not taken to the local dealer and was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure but provided no additional assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000.
