The contact owns a 2009 BMW 528xi. While driving approximately 10-20 mph, the transmission failed. When the contact tried to accelerate, the vehicle would not move. As a result, the check engine light illuminated. The failure recurred numerous times. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 77,000.
