BMW: BLOWER SPEED IS GREATLY REDUCED WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY. THE BLOWER INDICATOR IN THE IHKA CONTROL PANEL REMAINS UNCHANGED. SYSTEM CONTROL SOFTWARE FOR THE HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS CAUSE. *PE
