I own a 2000 Buick Century and have been having problems with my windshield wipers. They seem to have a mind of their own. They will go at whatever speed they want. They have progressively gotten worse, and are now at the point where they will completely stop but I can still hear the motor trying to run. I have tried to find out if there is a recall for this vehicle but am coming up blank. I am sure that I am not the only person with this problem.
Wiper motor failure and erratic functioning. This vehicle was built with a clear safety defect that will cause loss of life bad weather. General motor's corporation had a very recent and similar problem with GM manufactured trucks. This make and model should be recalled before loss of life!
