Local Dealer Green Buick/Chevrolet had it for three hours. My appointment was 11:30 as we drove by three hours later the car was in the parking lot. At 2:30 I requested to have the keys back as they had not even looked at it. People were bumped in front of me cause I said I would leave it as we had another vehicle to go shopping with. This is the second time we have been at this dealer and got shafted by oil changes, flat tires, and warranty work . Then they had the nerve to ask me if I would like to reschedule. Yeah right. There motto is "GO GREEN" and I believe that refers to your money as it would surely go if you were paying by the hour for lousy service. I'm looking for a different dealer that may have a better service department .
