My 1994 Buick Le Sabre LTD hardly runs at all. It will always start but then cuts out and dies constantly, it will always restart but then dies again. Sometimes it surges. We replaced the fuel filter but the problem is still there. Could the sock in the gas tank be the problem or perhaps the fuel pump?
