I purchased a used automobile from darby buick5170 S tamiami trail, sarasota. Fl Jan.34,2003. A year later the hood of the car was peeling. On November 20,2003 I paid $394.62 for repair and repaintt of the hood. The following November more peeling was noticed on the trunk and roof of the car. On january11,2005, I had the entire car repainted at maaco, 1570- N Washington St., sarasota, fl 34243 and paid $811. Later I was informed that this year model was considered a peeler. That information was never divulged to me when I purchased the car. Do I have any recourse? thank you
Airbag module on the steering wheel causes the horn to blow intermittently. Also, power window motor is defective/ power seats have ripped seams, and tires had a thumping sound and had to be replaced. Dealer aware of problems, and could not remedy situation. Problem still exists. Also, a lot of paint has been chipped off the vehicle, Buick refuses to repaint.
