A very bad gasoline odor was noticed when starting and stopping the car. The shop discovered two (2) leaks in the gas line. The meter, pump and lines had to be replaced. I don't know if the shop still has the parts and I certainly did not want them.
While traveling at 30mph, the vehicle backfired. The consumer pulled vehicle over and looked under the hood and noticed gas spraying over the engine, which was coming from the gas line. The gas line had blown. Immediately after, the vehicle died. The dealer was contacted. Ts scc
