: the contact stated sometimes the trunk lid fails to remain open and unexpectedly falls down, resulting in minor injury to the person who opened it. The vehicle was seen by a dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the problem. Parts were ordered on 07/08/2006, and repairs were made on 03/07/2006. Currently, vehicle operates normally.

When this vehicle is parked forward on a slight incline the trunk lid bounces, when opened by the remote. Both my wife and myself have been hit on the head, I received a slight laceration. This is a dangerous situation. Someone can get a concussion. We have gone through all of Buick's channels of complaint.
