air ride suspension not working properly

I see so many people complaining about this and i dont understand, I am working hard for my money too and i dont have much, But i dont understand why it is such an inconvenience, Mine went down and went back up and i brought it to a side shop that put new airbags in for $200, People keep saying it costs $750-$1500. That is only if they are bringing it to a Buick/ Gmc Or GM dealership. or if they are bringing it to a garage, They need to bring it to a side shop to get it done cheap

Rainier CXL V6

I just got my car back from Aamco for a transmission rebuild, I had noticed that the air ride in the rear of vehicle wasnt airing up right. So I called dealership and told them that it was working before I had it put in shop and now its not. They said call Aamco its their responsibility. So i did and then dealership called me saying they wanted me to take it to another shop, this being the 3rd in a row, so they can change my air ride suspension into regular suspension. At this point I'm over this GM piece of crap. I have pretty much decided now that since GM won't take responsibility for this vehicle nightmare, then I am not going to continue to sink anymore money into it. And after reading some of the other complaints about the car shutting off with no warning while its going, I don't even care what it does to my credit, even though GM and NHSB obviously don't feel that this vehicle is unsafe. But I on the other hand do, and refuse to put me or any of my family that may ride in this vehicle in harms way. My grandchildren mean more to me than my credit rating. So GM and Auto Now where I purchased this vehicle can have this piece of crap back and shove it where the sun don't shine. This is completely irresponsible of GM and the safety board to even still have any of these vehicles on the road. Eventually this vehicle will kill someone.
