The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the electronic modules in the rear of the vehicle failed and needed to be repaired. The manufacturer informed the contact that the vehicle was previously serviced per a manufacturer's communication (G-208314) and further assistance would not be provided. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
