The manufacturer was contacted and advised the contact to take the vehicle back to the dealer for repairs. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign id number: 11V595000 (power train: Automatic transmission) but did not receive confirmation that the vehicle was included in the recall. Air conditioner makes a loud noise and can be heard from a far distance. We have tried 3X to have repaired and no one will fix problem. The last service manager changed the blower and the car made more noise after changing this part. We have yet to drive car for a full month due to being in shop on three occasions.
