The contact owns a 2013 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that the Cadillac user experience (cue) screen was cracked. As a result, the various functions that the cue screen controlled were no longer functional. The failure occurred while at a Goodyear repair facility. The Goodyear technician informed the contact that the failure was due to extreme temperatures. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 61,000.
