The dealer now really berated me, I think because I am a "dumb blonde" who doesn't maintain her truck. They told me again that I had not been changing my oil often enough. BS! I took it to the "quick lube" affiliated with the dealership before recommended time was up. When I asked them to check their records they were conveniently unable to do so. I went to the Quick Lube place, twice. I waited about an hour for them to be able to get someone to print the documents, but no one ever appeared. How hard is it to print from a computer?
Dealer told me to keep changing my oil and he replaced the spark plug in cylinder #1 again.
