This car does not start in the cold, what is cold? 35 degrees f or less. I have done the following to fix the issue. New fuel pump, plugs, wires, relay, temp sensor, ignition coil, timing belt, all filters are new, 800 cold cranking battery, cold temp synthetic oil, Nothing works.

If you turn the car over it acts like it is going to start right up but no it dies, you can do this a few times and it will start most times if it is 40 degrees it will start fine 37 fine 35 no ...it is only November I see online this is a very common issue with no real solution. I have spent a lot trying to fix this what is wrong! Why has GM not fixed this yet?

A customer purchased this Aveo from a local seller. Seller said the car would crank but no start. Seller said timing belt needs replaced. Customer brought car in for repair. Belt and water pump kit were installed and timing was reset. Car will start but still has poor performance. Car needs head removed to see if valves are bent which is a common problem for these cars. This was found all over the internet. Cost of repairs is at $500 and growing fast.
