I am not comfortable with this car, I took this car to the dealership to get fixed and checked on recalls but they could not fix the most important and most dangerous recall. They worked on recall#N252492430 and recall #N242468490 from [XXX] # [XXX]. When I got there, no one gave me an update of the car they only gave me a receipt with 3 pieces of paper and that is it. What can i do in this case? I can not drive this car knowing the brakes will go out and I might have an accident and crash. Rear suspension was always a little noisy, but ~1,850 miles the driver's side rear sounded like it was detached and breaking through the strut tower. I quit driving the car and make an appointment to drop it off at the dealership on 12/5/24. Dealership confirmed that "fasteners" were broken on the rear strut, in a place that cannot be easily accessed, and confirmed multiple times that it is definitely a problem that existed from the factory. There are two pins on the rear struts that are broken off on my vehicle, and the dealer _strongly_ advised against driving it. My car has now been at the dealership for 51 days as they are awaiting inspection by GM as well as instructions and approval to fix, and the dealership noted that they need to figure out how many cars this affects as well as what the fix will be.
