The dealer reported the original high voltage battery disconnect relay had a defect and needed to be replaced. It took 47-days to repair. The annoying part is that the dealer failed to reset the car properly and it was back in service for an additional 25-days just 4-days later as the dealer tried with the help of the technical assistance center to resolve the problem. It was back in service 2-days later. This, however, will be a separate complaint from this one.
