This is the 2nd report of a high voltage battery disconnect relay for the same car. This is to report that the replacement of the original also failed and needed to be replaced. The difference between this event and the first event is that we were able to drive the car to the dealer. While, this second event involved the car shutting down and forcing us to call AAA to get a tow truck. The car also shut down in a dangerous location and only the kindness of strangers ensured my family was safe until the tow truck arrived. This visit took 22-days to "resolve." Unfortunately, it went back to the dealer again 9-days later. A separate complaint will be filed for this third event.
