This is the 11th time that we have had to put the car in the shop. We ALWAYS use Chevy services for repair but somehow they can't seem to figure it out. Customer service is USELESS - telling us that because the car is covered under an extended warranty, they have done their part. But the car still has to go in every three months (not counting the fact that it's not driven in the winter). This is insane!!!
