At approx 10,000 miles the car consistently started pulling to either the left or to the right. Pulls hard when you go to break like at a stoplight. Have had into the dealer 5 times now and has been aligned 3 times and tow-in 2 times with no change in problem. The dealership keeps saying I ran over something, I am the only one who drives the car and would know if I ran over something. I am very unhappy. I have called GM and they are slow to get around to it and I have to return the phones to them, not them calling me to see if fixed. Anything I can do? I am so unhappy.
Update from Jan 26, 2014: Again to the dealership. Help this a hazard to drive. Now it can randomly turn > 1/4 turn when stopping at stoplight. I repeatedly have been told it is normal. Can someone explain why this is normal?
Update from May 31, 2014: I have returned to 3 different dealerships now, another alignment, second one wanted to sell me $1000 worth of tires because the steering issue is wearing my tires unevenly, last dealership pulled off information from GM that basically said it's a Camaro , get over it! Someone help, now the news talks about GM profit! They have sure lost the ability to manufacture a good car.
