On several occasions since the purchase, I have called your service department, and brought to your attention that the Infotainment system is not right.
• In my first experience , I could not get control of the Infotainment center. I could not turn the volume down. Once passing from Maine into Mass, the station I was listening to became out of range, so for 1.5 hours I was forced to listen to high volume static.
• In every occasion since my purchase, whether it be 10 min into my drive or 1 hour into my drive, the Infotainment center always freezes up rendering the car dangerous to drive, unable to control, unable to notify authorities or communicate through phone causing unnecessary danger, distraction, and unwanted un-satisfaction.
