One day when I accelerated from a stop, the seat back just fell all the way back and would not stay up (I weigh 175, and no-one has ever driven it who was over 250lb). My mechanic wasn't able to find a replacement seat and he couldn't completely repair it because the piece that broke was aluminum and he did not have the special equipment to weld aluminum. He had to jury-rig it. The seat back is now fixed in position permanently.
