The contact owns a 1995 Chevrolet Caprice. The vehicle has pep boys futura, size P235/70R15 tires. On two separate occasions, while driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle vibrated. The contact immediately pulled off the road and inspected the front driver side tire. He discovered a bulge on the tread of the tire at 14,000 miles. The contact took the vehicle to a tire dealer and they replaced the tire. Approximately two months later, the contact felt a vibration and discovered that the driver side rear tire had a bulge at 16,000 miles. The rear tire was replaced. The current mileage was 165,000 and failure mileage was 163,000. Updated 12/12/07
