It's pretty awful to get in my car at 96 to 100 degrees and only have the heater come on and have the vent only blow in a certain area and not the area you want. This really should be a recall. Why don't you Chevy people get on it. I love my car and I don't want to trade it but I damn sure will.

The Chevrolet dealer diagnosed it as the actuators were bad. Replaced them and still doing the same damn thing

I have a 2013 Chevy Captive since June my AC seems to have a mind of its own. Some days it only works with the AC no heat at all, Some days it works with heat only no AC. There is even times where only the vents work or only the defrost and on the floor. I havent had it checked yet being a single parent holding off on a big bill. I have seen that this is a problem with many people curious what the out come is for them??
