i have found several electric connection problems for the fuel system, the connectors had to be replaced and i question the amperage handling on these connectors, i have found melted connectors under the dash board under the hood where the fuse box and relay area some relays just fell in (bad connection) in the fuel tank system connector i had to get repaired, i had to replace the heater motor, and all of this i believe it is contributing to a major problem of having to replace the computer (short circuits in various places),also had to replace BCM.

If i crank car doesn't start MOST of the time. I have to reach under the dash and shake a fat cable while simultaneously cranking, untill it starts! I think it's an electrical short.

It turned out not to be a fuel injection problem, but a short under the dashboard. The dealership charged me for a new fuel pump without even checking the old one Then we had to put in a new ignition switch and finally I switched from the dealership to a private good mechanic and he found the problem. It took a while, but he did fix it.
