The car gave resistance starting around April 2009, less then one year after I have the fuel pump replaced at the cost of $1000 CAD. I took it to Midas as soon as this started to happen in april, and the car was not acting up for them so they could not diagnose the propblem. THis continued to happen again and agian. After it would rain or sometimes after a short trip(5-10m Min). At one point in August, I took it back to Midas during an oil change, and complained again of the resistance starting. They did some tests and found that the fuel pressure would drop so long after running the engine. They replaced the fuel pump agian. This time it was covered under the NAPA warrenty so it did not cost me any thing.
