The contact states when trying to start vehicle it starts shaking. The service dealer states that this is an intermittent problem, and there is a technical service bulletin. The consumer states when the vehicle does this after approximately 35 minutes the vehicle will start back. The service dealer replaced the relay switch. But after a week the problem recurred. The manufacturer referred the consumer to the better business bureau.
