My family has had this truck since it was brand new back in 2005. 10 1/2 years later, the paint on the hood starts to bubble. I was very surprised when this occurred at 88k miles. I waxed it at least twice a year and always kept it clean and free of rain. There is also rust underneath the hood along the same curved area on the lip of the hood. You can definitely tell peeling and large, thin lines of rust bumps. This also occurs on other parts of the hood, and ONLY the hood. A shame that body work/new hood will be required at the end.
