Truck continues to fail when trying to start, you have to wait 10-15 minutes before trying start the vehicle. Vehicle will start after wait sometimes. The passlock will continue to blink until 10-15 minutes have gone by. This is happening after every other start and has caused me to be late work and now I have to leave 30 minutes or 45 minutes earlier. This also will be a problem if you have an emergency. Took vehicle vehicle to dealer now I need a new ignition switch. The check engine light stays on and now I need a new evap vent solenoid. I 'm part of a first responder team and I need my to start every time besides normal wear and tear.

My 2007 Chevrolet Colorado will not start sometimes but if you go out 15 minutes later and try it start it will start. This is very annoying when I'm leaving work at 10 pm and I have to sit in a parking lot and wait. I would like to know what the problem is.
