Well, only had this truck about 16 months, third time in shop for warranty repairs. Crest Chevrolet service adviser Mr. Garcia is the person I have been ending up with, not only is the truck taking my time, gas, but have been treated very poorly. Why to I have to get the same guy more than once? UGGGGGH. Treated as if I am bothering them bringing in this truck! Really!!!! I am bothered having to spend day off.
Was entitled to rental car, screwed out of that by Mr. Garcia. They had car 7 days, promised in 4. I was not allowed a rental because Mr. Garcia said first that he didn"t know whether I poked a hole in trans. Then just kept putting us off-are they trained to do this? Thanks again Chevy-bye bye-going to Toyota and a different dealer.
