The selector switch is easily turned by bumping it with your knee on exit of the vehicle. The only time you see anything about the 4wheel system is when the knob is initially turned. GM needs to replace this switch with one that you have to pull out to engage the knob to turn it to a different position. If they do not it is going to cost owners a whole lot of money to replace damaged drivetrain parts.
