I am shocked by the style differences between GM’s customer service and Home Depot’s. The three month nightmare I went through over a fuel leak and the cavalier dismissal of any reasonable compensation in proportion to my negative experience. Now, I wait to see if there is a class action lawsuit on the AC Delco fuel pipe. I hoped GM would have tried harder to salvage our damaged relationship. GM has a Very poor customer service culture. GM stole my new vehicle experience from me and acts like its business as usual!
