- Summary
- 18149 - Customer Satisfaction Program. Certain vehicles may have a condition in which, the front and/or rear spring strap retainer bolts, and the front and/or rear stabilizer shaft clamp bolts may not have achieved the intended torque value. Under-torqued fasteners could result in suspension noise or shortened service life of components. Confirm the torque of the identified fasteners or replace the fasteners if bolts are one-time use. The Service Procedure below includes VIN specific information on which fasteners must be serviced for each affected vehicle.
