2013 Chevrolet Cruze ECO. Vision impairment, vision unsafe, dealer adjust headlamps twice and tried brighter bulbs (which voided warranty) no improvement. Going to arbitration. GM claims design, can do nothing or won't do anything about it. GM claims no one else has this complaint, would love to hear some responses.
