My mom leased a 2013 chevy cruze, within two weeks, she heard a loud thumping. I was in the car with her a few days later, it sounded like when you are driving on a flat tire, it's that loud. People pulled us over to help us! Brought back to dealer, they pulled out everything, could'n't find problem. Week goes by, same loud noise is back. Towed back to dealer. She has already gone five days w/o car, and went 2 days w/o loaner, and got first loaner with no gas. They " couldn't find problem........." didn't make noise for us". they said. Noise is off and on, on small road, going 30-40, but very very very loud. My mom is afraid to drive in on highway or far, which is crazy with all money to lease and pay for insurance...........has anyone else had this problem?
