ARE WE AMERICANS OR ARE OUR CAR MAKERS SELLING "CRAP" AND DON'T GIVE A DAM. What happened to selling a quality products within the states? I had NO warning what so ever. The car started running hot and before you know it, it has a cracked head gasket, leaks everywhere, bad thermostat, you name it. The car is seven years old with just over 89,000 miles. Out of all the cars I have owned, I have never had to replace an engine. I have always thought that if you keep the car maintained, you will not have a lot of costly repairs. I purchased this car because I needed transportation - reliable transportation. This vehicle has turned out to be a "nightmare." There are quite a few complaints about the 2014 chevy cruze engine. But, our American makers will not do anything about these issues. I guess it's take the money and run! I am so pissed....

I am the second owner. I have had it for only two years and now this. I still owe over $6,000. on the vehicle, plus to replace the engine will cost a little over $3,000. Well, I guess as an AMERICAN , " I am just screwed out of spending more money for NOTHING.

This vehicle is full of leaks, rattles, and other problems. I've had it in the shop every other month for a repair. I think a Landrover would be more reliable and less problematic than the Cruze.

Oil pan was leaking causing a burning oil smell. Smelt as soon as you stepped outside the car. No oil stains were found in the driveway.

After having this car for a year and a half, I have replaced the valve cover multiple times. The gasket comes in one piece that sits on an aluminum engine and once it gets hot, it cracks and leaks oil.

It leaks water and we can't trace where the leak is coming from, which is making it run hot daily. I have to keep a water jug every where I go.

After buying a battery, the alternator went out, on top of all the lights coming on, cutting off while driving and the steering wheel locking up. I've had nothing but problems from this car since I got it.

I will only talk about the problems with the car because the finance office is even worse.

Not sure if it is just a coincidence or not but I had my car in for a regular oil change about a month earlier...did they mess it up and cause this to happen or it just happened?
