Why is this a problem? When we hit a big bump, the window moves down a little bit. Right, rear side. Window switch is just lose, not bad glass.
Update from Feb 4, 2017: Took to dealer..they replaced the window regulator
DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!
Update from Apr 29, 2017: They replaced the window regulator again because the old one was cracked. Problem seems to be fixed.
