- Summary
- 17049 - Customer Satisfaction. Certain vehicles may have a condition where a support bracket on the right hand side of the rear axle may be missing. This may cause a slightly noticeable understeer condition in specific maneuvers and, over time, could allow a crack to form on the rear axle. Dealers will inspect the vehicle for the support bracket. If the support bracket is missing, the dealer will replace the rear axle.
